Ingredients
1/2 cup Sago
¾ cup Water
1 cup milk
1 tbsp Sugar

1/3 cup cherry jelly powder
2 cup water

1 cup red dragon fruit
1 cup white dragon fruit
1 cup papaya

Chantilly Cream
Mint leaves
Chocolate wafer roll

Instructions
For Jelly Layer –
1. Add boiling water to jelly powder. Stir until jelly dissolves.
2. Pour in serving glasses, set in room temp. For 5 – 7 minutes & refrigerate 15 – 20 minutes.
For Sago Layer –
1. Soak sago in water for 4 – 5 hours.
2. Drain the water
3. Boil milk & add sago & sugar.
4. Cook for 5 minutes.
5. Cool down at room temp for 5 minutes.
6. Then add cooked sago on top of jelly.
7. Refrigerate 10 minutes
For Fruit Layer –
1. On top of sago, add papaya then red dragon fruit & finally white dragon fruit.
For Garnish –
1. Top dessert with Chantilly cream, Mint leaves & chocolate wafer rolls.
