Today I will be sharing the recipe of Dry Fruits Shake and Apple Banana Shake.
I have been drinking these everyday lately.

A lot of people don’t use salt during Navratri and would rather rely on fruits. So I am bringing these two shakes for them.
You can eat them every morning. They will provide you with enough carbs to jump start your day.

Dry Fruits Shake

7-8 soaked cashew nuts

8-10 soaked almonds

5-6 soaked dates

1 tsp soaked musk melon seeds

1 tsp soaked chia seeds

1 small piece of Tragacanth Gum (gond katira) (optional)

few chia seeds for garnishing

few chopped slivered soaked almonds for garnishing

1.5 tsp powder mishri or sugar

1 glass chilled milk (300 ml)

Apple Banana Shake

1/2 cup chopped banana

1/2 cup chopped apple

3-4 deseeded dates

1.5 tsp powdered mishri or sugar

1 glass chilled milk (300 ml)

chia seed ( sabja seeds)
Chia seeds are high in Calcium, Magnesium, Iron and Potassium.
Chia seeds are also a rich source of Omega – 3 and are infused with antioxidant properties.
Chia seeds also help in reducing inflammation, managing blood sugar levels, constipation, improves cholesterol. Adding Chia seeds to hour daily life can get us enormous amounts of benefits.
