This recipes inspired by Natsumi Sakura blanc. This is a Japanese French fusion dessert. It is an almond cream tart filled with strawberry daifuku (Japanese sweet) and finished with cream cheese and framboise cream.

I used sour strawberry as it is perfect in balancing the sweetness of the tart.
