HOW TO MAKE VEGAN CHOCOLATE MUESLI | Cacao | Gluten Free & Healthy
Hey folks here is my go-to recipe for healthy chocolate muesli! Great as breakfast muesli; to sprinkle on top of smoothie bowls, eat muesli with milk or eat dry as a snack. Packed with oats, dates, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds and anything else you have handy to chuck in.
3 cups of oats (gluten free)
1 cup of pumpkin seeds
½ cup of sunflower seeds
Anything else you want to add
½ cup of coconut or as much as you like
1 tablespoon cacao powder
1 heaped teaspoon of peanut butter
1 heaped teaspoon of maca powder
¼ cup of water (add more or less to make a creamy texture)
