How to Make No Bake Vegan Energy Bites | Cacao + Peanut Butter | Healthy Gluten Free Energy Balls
Delicious Vegan Gluten Free Energy Bites! I’m a fan of anything peanut butter so these Peanut Butter Cacao Energy Bites will satisfy your sweet tooth. A simple ‘Energy Bites No Bake’ recipe, made with dates and oats.

1 cup dates (pitted and soak in warm water for 10 minutes to make super soft for blending)
1 Tbsp peanut butter
1 Tbsp of cacao powder / or cocoa powder
1 Tbsp chia seeds
2 cups gluten-free oats – I use half hard / half soft for soft texture
Vegan Chocolate for melting (as much as you want, I used about ¼ of a large bar)
Soak the dates in hot water for 10 minutes, then drain
Add all ingredients into a blender
Melt the chocolate for the topping in a saucepan
Roll the blended ingredients into balls with your hands and drizzle over the melted chocolate
Pop in the fridge for 10 mins to harden or eat right away!
