INGREDIENTS –
1) Milk 1 ½ litre
2) Sugar ½ cup
3) Custard powder 2 tablespoon
4) Saffron strands 10-12
5) Cardamom powder ½ cup
6) Chopped fruits 2 – 2 ½ cups (banana, apple, pomegranate, kiwi, orange etc)
7) Chopped dry fruits

RECIPE –
1) In a preheated pan, take 1 ½ litre milk
2) Boil milk on medium flame till it becomes 1 litre
3) Take 2 tablespoons Custard powder in a bowl, add ½ cup milk and make lump-free batter
4) Add this into boiled milk and mix well
5) Stir continuously for another 5-6 minutes
6) Add Saffron strands and ½ tsp cardamom powder
7) Mix very well and turn off the flame
8) Refrigerate this mixture for 2-3 hours
9) Now add fruits and dry fruits
10) Fruit custard is ready
