For Cake Batter
Butter – 150 grams
Eggs – 4
Powder Sugar – 1 cup
Vanilla Essence – 1 tablespoon
Baking Powder – 1 tablespoon
Almond Powder – 5 tablespoon
All Purpose Flour – 1 & 1/3 cup
Butter – for greasing
Jam – 4 tablespoon
Water – 2 tablespoon
Almond – 1 tablespoon
Pistachio – 1 tablespoon
For Cake Batter:-
In a bowl beat butter until fluffy.
Add sugar, eggs and beat on high speed for 2 to 3 mins.
Then add vanilla essence, baking powder, almond powder and beat until well combined.
Gradually add the flour and fold gently with the help of a spatula.
In a 8 inches baking pan insert butter paper and grease it with butter.
Pour the mixture in baking pan and bake it at 180 C for 40 to 45 mins.
In a frying pan add jam, water and mix well.
Bring it to boil and mix well.
Glaze is ready.
Scrap the cake sides.
Remove butter paper and put in on a cutting board/dish.
Brush with glaze on the top of cake.
In a bowl, add remaining glaze, almonds,Pistachio and mix well.
Put this topping on the top of cake and decorate.
Dry Fruits Cake is ready to eat.
